You must be 18 years or older to commission work from me.

You must have usage rights to all references and designs provided for your commission.

AI-generated and text-only references will not be accepted.

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

Any harassment, hostility, or inflammatory/non-constructive conduct toward me will result in immediate blacklisting, regardless of payment status.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the work I produce — including preliminary sketches and WIP materials — and may use it for self-promotion, portfolio display, or as example work in commission sales, unless otherwise agreed.

For personal commissions, I may post the finished work to my social media, with proper credit to the client for ownership of the character's design.

All commissions are personal use only. The client may not use the finished work for unauthorized commercial purposes or monetization.

My artwork, commissioned or otherwise, is not authorized to be used for generative-AI training, NFTs, or cryptocurrency purposes.

Commercial use must be discussed beforehand and requires an additional fee, tiered by usage type:

Streaming/Promotional use (Twitch overlays, YouTube thumbnails, etcetera): +100% of base price

Merchandise/Physical reproduction: +150% of base price

Commercial use covers anything that garners revenue, including but not limited to promotional material, streaming/video assets, cover art, logo creation, and merchandise.

Finished artwork is only to be reposted with proper credit to any of my socials as @noirneru, using the provided watermarked version. I do not give permission for my art to be used without credit, edited, or altered. Editing or cropping out my watermark will result in a permanent blacklist.

If you need your commission kept private (WIPs not shared publicly, process not streamed), this must be requested at the time of ordering. A privacy fee of +50% will apply.

Upon accepting a commission, a 25% reservation fee is required to hold the slot. This fee accounts towards the final price.

The remaining balance is requested once I'm ready to begin work, and must be paid in full before work starts.

Unpaid invoices forfeit the slot after 5 days unless other arrangements have been discussed in advance.

Payment plans are negotiable for totals exceeding $250.

Payments are sent via Stripe invoice in USD; invoices exceeding $500 will be sent via Wise transfer.

If I have not started your commission, you may request a refund of your reservation fee.

If paid in full and the finished work has not been delivered within 6 months of full payment, you may request a full refund.

Forced refunds via chargeback are prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent blacklist.

Canceling a commission forfeits all personal usage rights to any artwork provided.

My designated work days are Friday to Monday; I'll only respond to work messages within this window.

It's the client's responsibility to keep communication open. If I don't hear back within 1 week, the project may be paused until communication is reopened.

Extended silence (over 1 month) may result in the project being archived or cancelled without refund.

I aim to complete finished work within 1–3 months, though this may run longer due to factors outside my control (health, complexities, family emergencies, etcetera).

I'll share updates at major milestones (lineart, shading, etc.) rather than frequent WIPs, for my own comfort. You're welcome to check in, so long as it's no more than once per week.

Major edits (pose changes, significant color edits, etc.) may only be requested during the sketch/concept phase.

Beyond that point, significant edits incur additional fees based on complexity.

Minor changes or artist error (wrong color, missing accessory, etc.) are free.
